Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all YORDY tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
